The CourtesyTraining food handling course has been redesigned to offer this critical information in a more intuitive format, allowing users to follow along and build their knowledge step by step. New images, more interactive components, and more concise content have come together to create a better course. Covering all the food safety basics, this course helps management bring the important information they are required to enforce into the hands of every team member, thus helping towards the national goal of ensuring that food is handled, prepared and served safely. Assessment insures that material has been learned and understood.
The improved course also contains images of “Fight Bac,” the Partnership for Food Safety Education’s mascot. Acting as a guide through the course, Fight Bac helps users learn in a more engaging way. The Partnership for Food Safety Education is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing people’s knowledge about how to safely prepare food, whether in their homes, in a manufacturing plant, a grocery store, or a restaurant.
