COURTESYTRAINING TEAMS UP WITH PROVO’S MARRIOTT HOTEL

The new online training will be part of a blended-training approach at the Marriott. While still engaging in hands-on training with employees, Marriott will utilize CourtesyTraining’s Learning Management System (LMS) and online course library to provide additional training in the form of videos and other online audio-visual courses to create a stimulating and interactive training experience. 

CourtesyTraining’s LMS is expected to help the Marriott in a number of ways. Training will be more consistent, more accessible, and more flexible. It will bring down training costs associated with turnover, increase training quality, and add to the guest’s experience as they interact with the employees. CourtesyTraining and the Provo Marriott Hotel are excited at these possibilities to help their companies grow.
