NATIONAL ORGANIZATION USES UTAH COMPANY FOR ADVANCEMENT
MFHA Teams up with CourtesyTraining
MFHA is a nonprofit organization with the mission of promoting the business case for diversity and inclusion in the foodservice and hospitality industry. MFHA envisions an industry in which people from all walks of life are contributing at every level of the organizational hierarchy so that individual talents and abilities are being fully leveraged to benefit the company, its employees and the communities it serves and promotes the economic benefits of diversity in the food service and hospitality industries.
MFHA, in partnership with PepsiCo, McDonald’s, Olive Garden and Zubi Advertising, has developed these guides to provide insight and solutions to the hospitality industry to effectively reach and serve a multicultural population.
CourtesyTraining, a division of Proton Communications, shares the vision of the MFHA and has provided the resources to convert the MFHA multicultural marketing guides into a learning management system. This enables the material to be accessed online so it can be disseminated and tracked throughout an organization. The first online version to be developed, the Hispanic-American Marketing guide, will be released at the August MFHA Conference in San Francisco. Guides for the African American and Asian markets will soon follow.
